My name is Randi Woolley and recently became a mother in September 2017 to a beautiful little girl. She is the reason I became a doula. I always knew I wanted to do something with women and birth but just never acted on it. Instead I went and got my degree in Biotechnology a field I also enjoy. Since having my daughter and experiencing birth first hand I realized that it was time I took my life in the direction of mama's and babies. When I got pregnant I did a ton of research, read a number of books and made sure I was as ready as one can be for birth and labour. I felt with all the knowledge I gained from my readings I learnt a lot and was prepared. I wish I would have had a doula for my birth because my birth plan did not go exactly as planned but I still had a good experience nonetheless. I cannot wait to help you have an enjoyable birth, labour and postpartum experience.
